I am seeing this browser hijacker on many of my networked computers and I am looking for a good solution for removal. It actually changes the home page and search engine. Malwarebytes seems to be ineffective.

Try AdwCleaner below. These PUPs are so varied with affiliate junk code added no way anyone can get them all.

Please download AdwCleaner from the link below and save it to your desktop.
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

Double click on AdwCleaner.exe to run the tool.
Click on Scan.
A logfile will automatically open after the scan has finished.

Send that log

You can find the logfile at C:\AdwCleaner[R1].txt

I have imaged the computers that were affected but will try this on the next one I find. Thanks
