Ironman [Ironman 2 Tidbits July 10]

Postby gimpguy2000 » Sat Feb 16, 2008 2:55 pm

I'm sure most have seen the trailer but I have got to see this. I have been a huge comic fan <old name AAMOF, and it's great to see these movies, for me anyway.

There is more on the home page I posted in this thread about what movies you were looking forward to.

Ironman movie site is awesomely designed.

Thanks, yep was there prior. 1rokon I used the Youtube link for slower computers, like...mine...lol. less than 384 ram, takes forever to load the site 1POS Can't wait until my new one is built. chrz

But yes, that is awesomely designed and I truly hope the movie holds up to being great too. 1rokon 1rokon

Thanks!

A major headache. ((O I have this board\combo as I'm on a fixed budget for a decent setup...

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6813157108

and ram

RAM

Tower
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811147075
or this tower..
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6811145047

PSU (regardless if other comes with it or not) This way I know I'm getting a decent PSU.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.a ... 6817171018

Now, what I do have currently is the motherboard, ram and CPU. What I still have to get are the tower,PSU, drives and heatsink\fan.

My problem lies here, the heatsink\fan for AM2 are very limited. I honestly thought there would be more variety out there but noooooo. So I am going to get stuck paying 40 bucks for a basic heat sink and fan, when I could get a better one for cheaper.

The only hope is that the bracket on the MB will also work with AM2\989 or other. It's not in the MB manual so I e-mailed them and hope to get an answer. Once that is figured out, all I have to do is get the drives, order the other and I'm done. chrz

I'm going from hp pavil 384 ram to this wrshp either way, I will be happier.

Cheers,

Paul

LMAO..

I have the hulk, "NOT FROM CRAP MOVIE by Ang LEE" , spider-man and some others. I had quite a few but gave them to the kids, simply no room. '>* It was them or my comics !*!* I do have the original Michael Knight doll though. And yes, Iron man will in fact be joining them soon. ><: chrz

LMAO, speed racer! I remember watching that as a kid, can't believe it's still going. I saw a trailer and it looks pretty darn good 8) And yes, Indy, sheesh, I don't know if I can afford the whole month, lol. I am going to see Super hero movie as well soon. If you have a whacked sense of humor "like me", it's great I would suppose. My son saw it and said it was excellent so I am going for sure. Whatta month indeed!

Next Saturday, myself, my son, my brother and his son are gonna go stand in line to see Ironman. I'm expecting to sit in line for at least an hour, maybe more.

Can't wait! 1rokon
