API return values

Postby Gunner » Fri Oct 01, 2010 5:42 pm

Is there a list of API error strings? Like: Incomplete Fields, Invalid Key etc... I would like to be able to handle the errors in the program I am working on...

Thanks...

There isn't, no, but the only ones you'll see is;

Incomplete Fields
Invalid API Key

No other error messages are currently implemented :)

Yea, I got lazy with the error returns. You could check for a valid syntax first (whether xml, json, serial) and if it is not, then there must have been an error.

I probably should clean up the error returns. Putting it on my todo list.

Looking forward to your work.

Thanks,

Josh

I am using json for the format and parsing it myself. If the first char isn't a bracket "[", then it is probably an error. So far, so good :-)
